Nice to be back

Earlier this year I began to be extremely tired. I couldn't concentrate on anything and certainly not work. I thought it was to do  with my diabetes but it wasn't. It turns out I have a form of blood cancer called MDS. I'm now taking Lance Armstrong's favourite EPO and feeling much better. I've got a typical life expectancy of 5 years so I'm trying to be sensible about taking on new things. It's a pleasure to catch up here.
