Ok Donna...don't keep the entire Pheeds Phorum in suspense...all 3 of us want to know how it turned out.

Quick defrost tip:

Boil a pot of water then remove it from the heat and put the frozen food on a baking sheet and place it on top of the pot of hot water.

Oh no.  I'm so sorry!  I just now saw this.  It turned out looking great, then kept sinking inward and became too tough in the middle after 1 day.  Maybe it's not me and there is something wrong with the bread machine???  

Any way, I have packed it up and will be giving it away. I'll let someone else try that bread machine.  I will now work on making bread without a machine.
