Do you add anything of value to your products that your folks many not even realize are included?
One thing I do is for PDF reports is I don't add heavy headers or footers or large solod black areas. If someone wants to print the PDF this will drain their ink a lot faster.
If you have to highlight an area with a background, use a light gray instead because it uses a lot less ink. I design PDFs with printer ink in mind and doubt anyone realizes it.
