I think there will be a big and lasting demand for things like drive in and drive by. I've read where drive in threaters and making a comeback. People are having drive by birthday parties and weddings. I bet there's some creative "drive by" businesses that will emerge.

Here in the Indy area one high school held their graduation ceremonies at the Speedway track (where they run the Indy 500). The graduating students rode in a parade around the track. I'm not sure how they handled the audience but I expect they were spread out in the stands.
I can see that becoming a tradition. It's most certainly a huge memory for this 2020 graduating class.

I saw a stat that shows increases in COVID in areas seem to coincide directly with increases in restaurant spending. This makes sense to me. Sitting indoors with many other folks for extended periods of time seems to be a high risk situation.
I believe the restaurant industry, one of the oldest in human history, is in serious trouble and only those that adapt can survive and not even sure all that try, will.

And we are hearing that the cases are going up again as we had opened up again. So half the country is shutting down 2nd time.
And what will be next?
A good opportunity to work with restaurants in those areas. I guess to start some of the ideas presented here. So much for my
comment about it will only last 3 months boy was I off.

I just saw that animal shelters all across the country have almost no animals. Pets and pools are both things people get because they plan to spend more time at home. I think more than ever we need to really look at trends and focus on products and services that are having increased demand.
