Here's a video with some good info from a successful affiliate blogger and former affiliate manager. This isn't the typical rehashed affiliate marketing advice.
I feel it's always good to understand the "other side". He discusses the role of affiliate manager and tells the truth about affiliate marketing, that it's all about money. We all need to realize this as both marketers and consumers.
He discusses things like the pages that make the most money compare products and recommends only having affiliate links for first 3 products, at least until you get results.
He also discusses how to use leverage to negotiate with affiliate managers to get more money.
It's definitely worth checking out.
