Winter-een-mas

Winter-een-mas is a fictional holiday for video gamers, invented by Ethan, a rather psychotic character in the web comic Ctrl+Alt+Del Online. At first Winter-een-mas lasted all winter and people were expected to revere Ethan as royalty. It was not very succesful.

A year later, Winter-een-mas was refined into a holiday that promotes unity and goodwill between all gamers, as well as obscene amounts of video gaming. The actual festival takes place during January 25 - 31, while Winter-een-mas season lasts all January. Celebration is involuntary.
