Kath Soucie

Kath Soucie is a voice actor, perhaps best known as the voice of the twins Phil & Lil in the animated series Rugrats.

She also provided her vocal talents in the SatAM version of the Sonic the Hedgehog TV series as the voice of Princess Sally, a role which bears significance because Soucie played Sally with her natural voice rather than using a "trick voice" or "false voice" like she did when voicing Phil & Lil.
