John Hopkinson

John Hopkinson ( July 28, 1849 - August 27, 1898 ) British physicist and electricalengineer.

John Hopkinson became famous through his theoretical en practical work on the application of electricity and magnetism in devices like a dynamo and electromagnets. [1]

The magnetic equivalent of Ohm's law is named after him.
