Biffa Bacon

Biffa Bacon is a cartoon character in the British comic magazine VIZ. Biffa and his family hail from the North East of England and occupy a world entirely governed by physical violence. Generally speaking, the plot of a strip includes the generation of a flimsy pretext for Biffa to get violently attacked, Biffa getting violently attacked, and then, just when you think a reconciliation is in order, the reconciliation emerges as just another flimsy pretext for a violent attack.

All of which wouldn't be particularly amusing except that the perpetrators of the violence are usually Biffa's parents, acting in concert, and employing some literally unbelievable tactics.
