Rebirthing-Breathwork - Rebirthing-Breathwork Rebirthing-breathwork (a.k.a. rebirthing) is a discipline of breathwork and focused awareness which seeks to rid people of accumulated past tensions, and optimise the energy and self-healing capability of the body, mind and spirit.
